Collect data the smart way
If you are an early adopter of technology, chances are you already have enough databases in your business to need to worry about another one with Form Shuttle. In that case you can simply use the "hidden fields" concept to relate data collected inside Form Shuttle back with data that you may already have in your system. Hidden fields are just like any other form field except that they don't get the value from the end user (person filling out the form), but from some parameters passed to the form prior to the user filling it out. Advanced Functionalities that make you productive
Like any other Software as a Service offering, Form Shuttle relies on your broadband connection to provide consisten service. We all know that broadband in some parts of the world is not as reliable yet so we thought of developing a system that will save your work in the instance your connection drops for any unforseen reason - trust us, it happens.
The Autosave function does not require you to push any "save" or "submit" buttons in the form builder interface to save your work. The moment you type something or take any drag and drop actions, everything is auto saved instantly.

Distributing forms is a one click affair
Once you have built your form, you need to let your end users know that it's there. Built into Form Shuttle is a simple but effective email distribution engine that lets you email users with a link to your form.
Alternatively you can also copy and paste one line of code anywhere on your website and your form will be displayed, ready to collect data from your end users.

The world is full of spammers and malicious hackers trying to steal your information. But you have nothing top fear because Form Shuttle takes data security very seriously.
- Every form collects and stores form data over a 256bit secure connection
- Built into every form is a mechanism to ensure form is being submitted by real people and not some random robot script that intends to corrupt your data
- Each form field is also validated at the time of submission as well as when being stored in the database. This dual validation effort ensures data is clean and as per your predefined criteria.

Data collected in real time
As your end users fill out the form, data is collected in real time and is accessible via the Form Shuttle back-end at any time.
Any data collected can be searched (by keywords or data range), and exported to Microsoft Excel friendly CSV file. Apart from that, we also provide a live XML/JSON feed of your form data as well. This feed can be used by your intelligent web developers to automatically sync data across multiple databases with ease and efficiency.

Visualise data in real time
Apart from viewing collected data in the standard list view, you can also produce printer friendly graphs showing you the visual breakdown of your data..
Graphs can be produced for any data collected using a Multiple Choice Field, Checkbox Field, Drop Down List Field, Plain Text Field and even Hidden Fields. This makes reporting so much more fun.
With the click of a single button you can combine all available graphs into one printer friendly PDF report that gives you the overall picture of your data in one single snapshot.
